The bottoms of the tines have a unique saddle design that sits on top of the bottom tube. This design is substantially stronger than tines that are welded to the front of the tube. The tips of the grapple are tied together and all tines feature full welds.
Each grapple clamp closes independently to grab uneven loads. The hydraulic circuit is tied together so only one set of hydraulic ports are needed.
The pivot pins are heat treated 1-1/4" steel.
The pins are fully grease-able for years of service
The tines on a Turbo Grapple are designed to ride across the ground and allow material to flow into the grapple. Once a large amount of material has been gathered the clamps will hold it in place for transport. Dirt passes between the tines and is left behind.
The Turbo Grapple has an exclusive "hidden cylinder" feature that allows the cylinder to retract into the frame when the clamps are opened. This protects the cylinder from damage. The hoses are also hidden in frame for low maintenance.
The clip on plate where the locking pins mount receives the most wear on any skid loader attachment which is why the Turbo Grapple has a 3/4" thick steel plate for the pin mount. The locking pins pass through this plate and the heavy design prevents wear.
