Dougherty Forestry Mfg. launches new interactive website.
At 12:00 P.M. central standard time Dougherty Forestry launched its new interactive website for customer support.
This website will showcase Dougherty Forestry's best selling line of Turbo Saw products while providing valuable dealer and distributor information. The website also highlights key product features along with sale programs and incentives. Dougherty Forestry's Media Director Marshall Dougherty stated, "Its exciting to launch such a great website with so much helpful information. In large part, we owe this to Ryan Lutz who spearheads our internet department. He's invaluable to the team. Dougherty Forestry Mfg. maintains three websites www.turbo-saw.com, www.doughertysaw.com, & www.tractor-saw.com. In a closing statement Marshall Dougherty said, "It's indicative of Dougherty Forestry's commitment to innovative and forward thinking technology. If you want to lead the pack you've got to stay ahead of it. This is just another example of why Dougherty Forestry is doing just that."

Dougherty Forestry Mfg. releases new three button wiring harness for all of their Turbo Saw skid loader models.
Dougherty Forestry recently released a new wiring harness for all of their Turbo Saw skid loader Models. This waterproof harness allows for easy operation of key features inside the comfort of the cab. Whether the operator needs to rotate the cutting head or simply activate the built-in spraying feature, this new harness works with the push of a button.
Dougherty Forestry's assembly manager, Michael Dougherty said, "Cut stumps below the ground, rotate that cutting head to cut logs, and activate that sprayer feature all in a matter of seconds. You can't beat how safe and easy that is for the operator. Dougherty Forestry Manufacturing believes this capability will be just another reason to purchase a Turbo Saw.

Dougherty Forestry adds new hydraulic rotating feature to skid loader models.
Dougherty Forestry Manufacturing began full production on their new hydraulic rotating feature. This option is now available on all new DFM2600 & DFM2800 models. This feature gives operators the range and versatility to horizontally cut stumps, vertically cut logs, and trim limbs. Dougherty Forestry said they are working on a three button harness system to operate key features such as this hydraulic rotating cutting head from the safety of the skid cab. Dougherty Forestry plans on launching the waterproof harness early next month.

Dougherty Forestry Mfg.'s 3 phase expansion project breaks ground at primary location.
Dougherty Forestry officially announced the expansion of primary facilities located just outside Hinton, Oklahoma. In a brief statement Patrick Dougherty, CEO of Dougherty Forestry Mfg., said, "This is reflective of our longstanding and continued presence in the global marketplace. We are confident this growth will enable us to meet the rising demand for our successful line of Turbo Saw products, and this expansion is one of several with the last phase projected to launch our secondary location: a 16,000 square foot fabrication facility in the town of Hinton."
Dougherty Forestry Mfg. has just recently released several new products which include a whole line of grapple rakes for tractors and skid loaders.

Dougherty Forestry Mfg. standardizes sprayer tank feature.
Dougherty Forestry Mfg. expands their standardized features to provide sprayer capabilities to every skid model brush cutter. This built-in feature has storage tank, 12 volt sprayer pump, and hose protected inside the frame. The heavy duty polyurethane sprayer tank is equipped to hold either diesel or water based chemicals. Prior to this announcement every skid model had come standard with a 2" sprayer port below the blade shield for an accessory sprayer option, and the sprayer option had been attached alongside the frame.
John Dougherty, Regional Sales manager for Dougherty Forestry said, "Protecting the tank and its components from the elements seemed like the best solution for our customers. Not to mention it's an included bonus for purchasing a Turbo Saw. All the best options at an even better price. That's why we're number 1." Dougherty Forestry Manufacturing's sales have doubled in the last quarter with the company currently negotiating distribution rights within the United States.

Dougherty Forestry Mfg. purchased six acres of land on December 9, 2008 from the Hinton Economic Development Authority for the location of a new facility, north of Hinton, Oklahoma.
Dougherty Forestry Mfg. announces plans to build a new 16,000 square foot manufacturing facility. This facility will manufacture the Turbo Saw line of ecologically friendly tree and brush cutting equipment. "This is a family company that was founded out of a need to save our Oklahoma prairie lands", says Patrick Dougherty, CEO. "We are very happy that we are able to keep the company here in the sooner state".
This new facility is expected to allow DFM to better respond to increasing customer demand. The development and release of the "TS2 Carbide Cutting Tooth" and the "TR3200 Tractor Model" allowed the company to see exceptional national sales growth in 2007 and 2008. This new facility will allow DFM to increase production to nearly 3,000 units per year.
The town of Hinton has a prime location at the intersection of highway 281 and I-40. Dougherty Forestry Manufacturing is a family company proud of its rural roots. The company expects to fill up to 20 positions from the local community. "As a family company we believe in creating quality products that deliver safety, durability and value," stated Patrick Dougherty. "That philosophy extends to our employees and we intend to create well paying jobs and a productive work environment that will sustain us well into the future."
